Is Academies Hub only for Quran academies?
No. It's built for Quran and Hifz academies first, but everything except the memorization tools works for any online tutoring or education academy — languages, test prep, private lessons, and more. Hifz tracking is opt-in per course, so you simply leave it off when you don't need it.
What languages does the platform support?
The platform and your public website ship in Arabic, English, and German. Certificates are issued in each student's own language, and the public site is built to be fast and SEO-friendly in every language.
How do students pay if we don't use a card processor?
Academies Hub is built for offline payments. Students upload a receipt for a bank transfer, InstaPay, mobile wallet, or Fawry payment, and an admin approves it. The payment is then posted to the student's balance with a full financial ledger — no card processor required.
How does monthly billing work for students?
Monthly plans are metered: the plan sets how many sessions a month covers, and students are billed for the lessons actually delivered — not for the month upfront. Each student's billing month starts on their own subscription date in your academy's time zone, excused absences are never billed, and you can change a student's plan mid-cycle with charges prorated automatically.
Do you provide the public website, or do we bring our own?
Both options exist. New academies get a branded public website with courses, pricing, blogs, books, and testimonials included. If you already have a website, choose a 'system only' plan that connects to it, or take the website on its own.
