No two academies price the same way, and in many regions card processors aren't a realistic option. Academies Hub is built for that reality — flexible pricing models and offline payments with a full audit trail, so revenue stops living in screenshots and notebooks.

Three ways to charge

Each course uses the model that fits it — a structured group program might sell as a course, while private tutoring runs on a metered monthly plan. Students carry a balance backed by a full financial ledger, so every payment and charge is accounted for.

  • Credit balances students spend on lessons
  • Pay-per-course pricing you control
  • Metered monthly plans: a session allowance per month, billed for the lessons actually delivered

Metered plans bill what actually happened

A metered plan sets how many sessions a month covers — but students aren't charged for the month upfront. Each delivered lesson is billed at the plan's rate, each student's billing month starts on their own subscription date in the academy's time zone, and excused absences are never billed. Need to move a student to a bigger or smaller plan mid-month? The change applies immediately and the difference is prorated automatically.

Offline payments, properly tracked

Students pay by bank transfer, InstaPay, mobile wallet, or Fawry, upload a receipt, and an admin approves it. The balance updates and every movement is recorded — no card processor required, and no informal “I'll send it later” that nobody can verify.

Billed only for real lessons

Whatever the model, students are charged only when a lesson is actually delivered. A cancelled session doesn't quietly drain a student's balance, and excused absences are forgiven — which removes a common source of disputes and refund requests.

Payroll flows from the same data

Because completed lessons are recorded, teacher payroll periods can be generated from real lecture hours with payment confirmations — the income and cost sides of your academy draw on the same trustworthy record. Bill the way your academy actually works, and always know where the money is.

Key takeaways

  • Offer credits, per-course, or metered monthly pricing per course.
  • Metered plans bill delivered lessons only, on each student's own billing month.
  • Collect via bank transfer, InstaPay, wallets, or Fawry with receipt approval.
  • Every balance has a full financial ledger — and the same records feed teacher payroll.
